The guest house Cottage is the perfect cozy retreat for groups or business travelers. Amenities include a/c, gas heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, porch, and sunny deck with grill that overlooks a small brook and a vintage chicken coop. Cooking privileges are for groups only. Kitchen priviledges to full guest house (all 4 rooms) rented for 2 or more nights. Two night minimum for groups of two rooms (two person occupancy) or more. The Guesthouse is available for adult extended stays.
